Payment information is processed through Wix or other authorized payment processors. We do not intentionally store complete payment card information on our own systems.

Any additional work or material pricing changes will be communicated when reasonably possible before the additional work is performed.

4. Personal Belongings

Customers should remove personal belongings, valuables, money, documents, and other important items before service.

Rincon Valley Detailing is not responsible for lost, misplaced, discarded, or damaged personal belongings left inside or around the vehicle except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

5. Vehicle Access & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and any necessary authorization to perform the requested services.

For mobile appointments, the customer must provide a location where the service can be safely and lawfully performed. Weather, unsafe working conditions, inadequate access, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require rescheduling or modification of service.

6. Existing Damage & Detailing Limitations

Vehicles may contain pre-existing scratches, chips, cracks, failing paint, oxidation, loose trim, damaged components, aftermarket modifications, worn materials, electrical issues, or other defects that become more noticeable during or after cleaning.

We use reasonable professional care when performing services but cannot guarantee restoration of every stain, scratch, odor, defect, or imperfection.

Customers should disclose known fragile, damaged, repaired, repainted, modified, or otherwise sensitive areas before service.

7. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coatings

Paint correction results vary based on paint condition, thickness, previous repairs, defect severity, and the amount of correction that can safely be performed. Complete removal of every scratch or defect is not guaranteed.

Ceramic coating base pricing includes the level of paint correction specified with the selected service. Additional correction may increase the final price and will be discussed before additional work is performed.

Manufacturer durability ratings, including coatings rated for multiple years, represent potential performance under appropriate conditions and are not a guarantee of a specific service life.

Coating performance and longevity depend on preparation, vehicle use, environmental exposure, washing methods, maintenance, and compliance with aftercare instructions.

Customers are responsible for following provided curing and maintenance instructions.

8. Maintenance Services

Maintenance pricing is intended for qualifying vehicles that have previously received the applicable detailing or protection service.

Recommended maintenance intervals and eligibility requirements are listed with each service. Vehicle condition ultimately determines maintenance eligibility. Vehicles requiring restoration, significant decontamination, or additional labor may require a standard detail or additional services rather than maintenance pricing.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may result in cancellation fees, loss of deposits, or future booking restrictions where disclosed during booking.

Any applicable deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling requirements displayed during booking form part of these Terms.

10. Payments & Additional Charges

Payment is due according to the terms presented when booking or upon completion of service.

Prices may vary when the vehicle's actual size, condition, requested work, or required labor differs materially from the information provided when booking.

Applicable taxes, travel charges, add-ons, additional labor, or other disclosed charges may be added to the final total.

11. Photographs & Media

We may photograph vehicles for condition documentation, quality control, service records, or business purposes.

Vehicle photographs may be used for our website, portfolio, social media, or advertising. Reasonable care will be taken to avoid displaying unnecessary personally identifying information.

Customers may request that their vehicle not be used for promotional purposes.

12. Privacy Rights & Data Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information; however, no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legitimate business operations.
